10 Acadiana Area Teams In Week 2 High School Football Polls

10 teams from the Acadiana area football teams are ranked in the respective LSWA polls, the second of the year, which were released on Monday.

In Class 5A, Acadiana is ranked 5th, while St. Thomas More tops the 4A poll, with Carencro tied for 4th, and Teurlings Catholic 7th.

In Class 3A, Eunice is 7th, while Northwest is 9th.

In the Class 2A poll, Notre Dame is ranked second, with Catholic High-New Iberia checking in 5th.

Finally, in the Class A poll, Opelousas Catholic is ranked #7, while Lafayette Christian is #8.
