It was a special edition of the “Lafayette Food Junkie” show as Tiffiany did a recorded episode from the Lafayette Farmer’s and Artisan’s Market at Moncus Park.

Tiffiany talked with Elizabeth Brooks, Executive Director of Moncus Park, about how her College project, saving the horse farm, turned into what we know today as Moncus Park. Elizabeth talked about how far they have come and what she envisions happening in the coming years with the park.

We also talked with several of the vendors at the Market on their products and what they love about the Farmer’s Market.
