BOOgie Ball is October 29 in Opelousas [AUDIO]

United Way of St Landry - Evangeline Parish is getting you in the Halloween spirit with their annual BOOgie Ball on Saturday, October 29. This fun filled night will be held from 7:00 - 11:00 pm at the historic Delta Grand Theater in Opelousas, and will include a costume contest,  silent auction, delicious cuisine from Cafe Josephine, and entertainment by Lil' Kenny and the Heartbreakers.

Tickets are $40 and can be purchased from the United Way office, 311 W. Vine, online at uwsle.org or by calling the office at 337- 942-7815.

United Way serves over 20 agencies and programs around the St Landry and Evangeline Parish area, including the Flood Distribution Center. Because of the major flooding in the area earlier this year, resources are low, and this event will serve as a major fundraiser.
