Jeff Davis Parish woman Rosalyn Breaux was found guilty of negligent homicide, rather than second-degree murder, for shooting Jeremy Ardoin and Nick Coble on June 6,2014.

According to our news partner KATC, the jury deliberated for four hours before handing over the verdict that Breaux was found guilty on a lesser charge of negligent homicide. She was found not guilty on the attempted second degree murder charge.

Breaux could be sentenced with up to five years in prison for the shooting that Coble testified occurred after an argument started over a missing cell phone.
