Cecilia Man Arrested On Lots Of Narcotics, Weapons Charges
St. Martin Parish Sheriff's Office narcotics agents arrested a Cecilia man on a host of narcotics and weapons charges following a raid of his residence.
Sheriff's spokesman Maj. Ginny Higgins reported agents arrested and booked 45-year-old Colby Calais into the St. Martin Parish Sheriff's Office.
Agents recovered the following illegal narcotics: methamphetamine, amphetamine, marijuana, anti-depressants and pain pills which have a street value of approximately $30,000.
Calais, who was previously convicted of felonies, was charged with the following:
- Possession With Intent To Distribute Schedule I CDS (Marijuana) 2nd Offense
- Possession With Intent To Distribute Schedule II CDS (Methamphetamine over 28 grams) 3rd Offense
- Possession With Intent To Distribute Schedule II CDS (Amphetamine)
- Possession With Intent To Distribute Schedule II CDS (Caprisoprodol)
- Possession With Intent To Distribute Schedule III CDS (Hydrodone)
- Possession With Intent To Distribute Schedule IV CDS (Alprazolam)
- Illegal Carrying Of Weapons In The Presence of a CDS
- Possession Of A Firearm By A Person Convicted Of Certain Felonies
- Illegal Use Of Body Armor
- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
- Illegal Use Of Controlled Dangerous Substances In The Presence Of Persons Under Seventeen Years Of Age
