Crowley Police Make Arrest After Counterfeit Money Is Used

Crowley Police have arrested 35-year-old Harold Savoy Jr. for using several counterfeit twenty dollars bills at a business in that community.

Police Chief K.P. Gibson says Savoy is being booked with Monetary Instrument Abuse.

Gibson says,

“Members of our department have arrested another person involved with the utilization of counterfeit money being used at local businesses. We are still working to identify the source and will continue to investigate these crimes.”
