New Orleans Saints cornerback Delvin Breaux says he's good to go

Breaux announced on Wednesday morning that he's been cleared to return to all activities after spending this past season on injured reserve.

The 28-year old Breaux, who missed all of 2017 with a broken fibula, is scheduled to become a restricted free agent in March.

A native of New Orleans, Breaux has compiled 66 tackles and three interceptions over parts of two seasons.

Breaux is intriguing. He's talented, without question, but probably shouldn't be trusted enough to be counted on.

He has a history of injures, and has only played in 6 games over the last two years.

Furthermore, he's 28-years old, yet has only played in 22 career games in the NFL.

Still, if Breaux is healthy, he could be a great compliment to Marshon Lattimore, and make the Saints even better.

It will be interesting to see how the Saints approach negotiations with Breaux during the offseason.
