Dr. John Dyben Previews White House Opioid Event

The White House will host what it's calling a listening session on the growing opioid epidemic in the country. It's scheduled for later today in Washington. Dr. John Dyben from Origins Recovery Centers says the problem is just growing month after month. Dr. Dyben joined Rob and Bernie on Acadiana's Morning News.

President Trump has said the issue was important to him, but concrete plans for combatting the uptick in opioid overdose have yet to be announced.
