Austin police responded to yet another incident, this time on the south side of the city.

Emergency crews roped off a Goodwill in south Austin after a packaged reportedly exploded Tuesday evening. The incident happened around 7 p.m. at 9801 Brodie Ln. just north of Slaughter Lane.

A man in his 30s was taken to a hospital with "serious, yet nonlife-threatening injuries," this according to KXAN.

Police are saying that this incident was NOT an explosion and that this is not related to the other Austin explosions.

Even though Austin PD seemingly downplayed the seriousness of the device with their tweet, others on social media weren't having it.
