Daytime TV is losing a great ambassador for Louisiana, as Harry Connick Jr's talk show is coming to an end. Connick, a New Orleans native, had his upbeat show on the air for two years, and it will end filming this September.

Harry celebrated Louisiana on his show, which was called 'Harry', and frequently filmed segments here in the Bayou State. He was recently here for Mardi Gras, with the Krewe of Orpheus, which he co founded. He also filmed a segment with the New Orleans Saints, and was named a team member for the day.

Watch Harry reminisce on his show about his experience on the movie 'Hope Floats' with his co star Sandra Bullock, below. We'll miss his uplifting segments, and his pride about his wonderful home state!
