I-10 Lane Closures Happening This Week

There are two lane closures happening at opposite ends of I-10 this week.

First, in West Baton Rouge Parish, beginning at 6 pm Tuesday, the left lane of I-10 West beginning near the LA 415 exit, mile marker 147, and ending at mile marker 145, will be closed until 5 am Wednesday. This lane closure will happen between the LA 415 and Grosse Tete exits to repair the roadway in this area. Traffic officials say they will keep one lane of traffic open at all times. An alternate route: LA 415 North to US 190 West to I-49 South to I-10 West to I-40 South to I-10 West.

Also, in Calcasieu Parish, the left lane at Opelousas Street (MP 31) on I-10 Westbound will be closed from 8:30 am to 2:00 pm on Wednesday, for maintenance.
