Former Louisiana Ragin' Cajun standout Jonathan Lucroy is coming off of one of his best weekends of the year.

Currently with the Oakland A's, Lucroy was outstanding in back-to-back games against the Minnesota Twins on Friday and Saturday.

On Friday night, the 32-year old Lucroy went 3-for-4 in a 7-1 Oakland victory.

A native of Eustis, Florida, Lucroy drove in his lone run of the contest in the top half of the 5th inning:

The A's continued to roll on Saturday, as did Lucroy, going 2-for-4 in a 6-2 triumph.

Lucroy drove in the first of his four runs in the second inning:

Later, Lucroy wrapped-up his stellar two days with his third homer of the season, giving him four RBI's for the game:

Over the course of the two days, Lucroy went 5-for-8, including a homer, a run scored, and 5 RBI's.

On the season, Lucroy is now hitting a .247 with three homers and 45 RBI's.
