Lafayette Police Looking For Suspect In Attempted Hotel Robbery

Lafayette Police responded to a call of an attempted armed robbery at 3:35am today. The clerk at the hotel at 1441 SE Evangeline Thruway said a black man approached the service window wearing a dark colored hooded sweatshirt and a bandana covering his face. The suspect demanded money but the clerk refused. At that time the suspect fled the hotel on foot.
