Not to sound too much like an old timer, but back in our day, the only 'adulting class' we needed was real life.

The Lafayette Public Library System offers lots of great classes as public services to the Lafayette community and beyond. There are computer classes for seniors, literacy assistance for people of all ages, and more. A class offered this summer is 'Adulting 101.' The phrase 'adulting' is used mostly by millennials to refer to those adult tasks like holding a job, paying rent and other bills, and being a responsible human being after high school and college.

The class description is as follows: 'Learn the life hacks that you will need to successfully adult!' I'm not sure what these life hacks are, but I hope they cover topics like

balancing a checkbook
driving without checking texts, Instagram, Facebook, Reddit, YouTube, or anything else
basic social skills like looking people in the eyes when talking to them, being polite, and avoiding the use of 'you know,' 'I mean,' and 'like'
managing money in general
the evils of credit cards
how to change a tire
how to help someone else change a tire
how to cook basic meals

I could keep going, but I'll stop there. If you have a teen or young adult who might need these classes, the schedule is below.
