Lafayette Sheriff’s Deputies Investigating Shooting Incident
Around 10 o'clock last night, Lafayette Parish Sheriff's deputies were called out to a disturbance in the 400 block of Bayou Tortue Road involving two groups of people arguing.
Sheriff's deputies say that during the disturbance, someone fired a shot and hit a man in the head. The man is still in critical condition at a local hospital.
Police are still investigating the two groups along with anyone else might have been involved in the incident to find out who fired that shot.
