Libertarian Party Holding Organizational Meeting In Lafayette

Tonight the Libertarian Party of Louisiana will be holding an organizational meeting in Lafayette.

The meeting will be held at 7:00PM tonight at Deano's Pizza on Bertrand Drive to form a parish executive committee that will conduct voter registration drives and recruit and support candidates to run for local offices. At tonight's meeting 14 people will be selected to serve on the Parish Executive Committee plus one Parish Representative to serve on the State Central Committee.

One of the committee's goals will be to have a Libertarian on every local ballot.
