Political science professor John Sutherlin, Ph.D, spoke to KPEL's Derek Albert about what implications may be seen from Justice Kennedy's departure from the U.S. Supreme Court.

Kennedy has served more than three decades on the Supreme Court after his nomination by President Ronald Reagan. Sutherlin said did not serve as a hard-right conservative.
