Bossier City teen McKenzie Gill wanted a Donald Trump cake for her Trump-themed 18th birthday party. She wanted "Trump 2016" on her cake, but was told "Nope".

Gill tells KSLA she's excited to be able to vote in this year's presidential election and that Trump is someone she looks up to. She claims the baker at her local Albertson's told her "I can make you a flag cake but I'm not going to write Trump on it".

KSLA contacted the Albertson's who reportedly refused to make the Trump cake, and released the following statement -

We apologize to our customer in Bossier City for the situation regarding the cake that was requested. Our Bakery staff member misunderstood the training provided regarding copyrighted phrases, and incorrectly informed the customer we could not fulfill her request. We would be happy to provide the cake as the customer requested.
