The LSU Tigers have added another new member to their basketball team.


A forward, Bibgy-Williams will have to sit out the 2017-18 season with LSU before having one year of eligibility remaining for the 2018-19 campaign.

The 6-foot-11, 230-pound Bigby-Williams averaged 3.0 points and 2.8 rebounds per game while also blocking 28 shots in 37 games last season, his lone year at Oregon.

Averaging 11.3 minutes-per-game last season, Bigby-Williams shot 42.3% from the field, to go along with 71.1% from the free throw line for the Ducks.

Prior to Oregon, Bigby-Williams was the national junior college Player of the Year, averaging 16.8 points, 13.6 rebounds and 5.6 blocks for Gillette (Wyo.) College.

A native of London, England, Bigby-Williams become the 7th new player to join the LSU program this offseason.
