Narcotics Agents Recover $20,000 In Drug Arrest

Narcotics Agents with the St. Martin Parish Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit arrested 28-year-old Eddie Wiltz, of Breaux Bridge, who was found with a significant amount of marijuana. Agents also recovered a large amount of Promethazine, known commercially as Phenergan. The total value of all the narcotics recovered was approximately $20,000.

•          Possession with the Intent To Distribute Schedule I CDS (Marijuana over 400 grams)
•          Possession of Schedule V CDS (Promethazine)
•          Obstruction of Justice
•          Resisting an Officer
