New Iberia Man Arrested In Crowley Shooting

25-year-old Phillip J. Olivier, Jr. has been arrested for three counts of attempted first degree murder in a shooting in Acadia Parish.

Detectives with the Iberia Sheriff's Office say a tip that Olivier was hiding out in an abandoned home on Brianna Drive led them to the suspect, who police say was found hiding in an abandoned vehicle at the home.

Olivier now sits in the Iberia Parish Jail.
