Spring Trash Bash and Boogie Rescheduled For May 9

The T.E.C.H.E. Project's annual Bayou Teche Spring Trash Bash and Boogie has been rescheduled for Saturday, May 9. This wonderful event takes place in New Iberia City Park, and will kick off at 9:00 am. Volunteers are needed to help Bayou Teche get spiffed up for the Tour du Teche Chitimacha Race on May 16th. Boats and life vests will be provided, but you can always bring your own boat, or just show up to help clean up! The first 50 volunteers will receive an awesome commemorative Trash Bash and Boogie t-shirt, and a delicious jambalaya lunch.
