Loretta Lynch, President Obama's nominee for U.S. Attorney General, has been going before senators all day in her confirmation to replace outgoing Attorney General Eric Holder. U.S. Sen. David Vitter, who sits on the Senate Judiciary Committee and is the Deputy Chairman of the Immigration Subcommittee and the Chairman of the Senate Border Security and Enforcement First Caucus, was able to question Lynch about President Barack Obama's executive amnesty for illegal immigrants and whether she agreed with it.

His conclusion: “I have a huge problem with the President’s illegal, unconstitutional executive amnesty for illegal immigrants. Frankly, his actions amount to legislating on his own. And I have a huge concern with the fact that Ms. Lynch thinks it’s entirely within the law,” Vitter said. “She’s in lockstep with his illegal executive amnesty.”
