I'm sure most of us can recall the Schoolhouse Rock video that taught us how a bill becomes a law in the U.S. legislative process.

Utah lawmakers should have just posted "I'm Just A Bill" rather than making their cringe-worthy attempt at explaining the legislative process to the music of the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air theme song.

Rapper Will Smith might want to send a cease and desist order to Utah lawmakers after hearing and seeing their attempt to make a rap video to the tune of "Fresh Prince of Bel Air."
More than a dozen lawmakers tried their hands at rapping lyrics in the video, which tries to show how a bill becomes a law in Utah.
The "Fresh Prints of Bills Here" rap has become somewhat of a viral hit after being shared on social media, with over 800-thousand views as of Thursday.
Reaction to the video has been mixed, with many people mocking the lawmakers for their lack of rhythm and rhyme.
