Almost everywhere you turn right now, in person or online, you're sure to see something about the Netflix documentary "The Keepers". So, what's all the fuss? It's a very, very heavy documentary that is downright uncomfortable at times. Before you dive head first into it, watch this trailer for "The Keepers" and decide if this is something for you.

I won't say too much about the film, because I don't want to spoil any of it for you if you do decide to watch it. I will tell you that it involves the unsolved murder of Nun, Sister Cathy Cesnik . An investigation into the unsolved murder by two former students quickly turns into disturbing tales of sexual abuse, cover ups, suppressed memories and so much more.

I know you're hearing about this documentary, so instead of letting you blindly dive into something that might shake you down to your foundation, I've posted the trailer here for you to decide.

For the record, I loved "The Keepers". I attended Catholic school for eight years, and have a daughter, so there are many parts that were extremely uncomfortable for me, but I still enjoyed it. Just know, there are parts of "The Keepers" that might be considerably shocking and disturbing to you.

Good luck.
