Everyone knows Lego bricks and the little Lego people that come with them (or 'mini -figures' to the Lego fan). These mini - figures are certainly cute, but imagine if there were human beings who looked like them. You'd have something very different from cute.

Costume artist Frank Ippolito has created what he calls 'Creepyfig,' a costume based on the idea of what a human being would look like as a mini - figure. The costume is made up of a 14 - pound mask in the shape of a Lego mini - figure's head, but with realistic human skin, wrinkles, and even eyebrows! Creepyfig's hands are like mini - figure hands, but have realistic human skin texturing and even nails.

Ippolito toured last weekend's San Diego Comic Con as Creepyfig, making quite the impression on those who met him. The first video shows Creepyfig's visit to SDCC, and the second video features the making of Creepyfig.
