Youngsville will be served by a new mayor starting next year, and Mayor-elect Ken Ritter has announced one of his appointments.

Ritter says Pamela Gonzales-Granger has been appointed to serve at the City Engineer for Youngsville.

Ritter says part of her job duties include advising administrators, council and staff on engineering related projects and issues, and also serving as a liaison on current and future projects.

Ritter had this to say,

“Pamela’s appointment is a sign of my commitment to bring the best talent possible to oversee Youngsville’s projects and planning.  I feel very fortunate that we were able to find someone of Pamela’s caliber to fulfill this role.”

Gonzales-Granger has 21 years of engineering and management experience, and most recently hear in Acadiana.  She has worked in Florida, Texas, California and Massachusetts.

Right now, Gonzales-Granger is a Business Vice President and Senior Project Manager for CH2M Hill.
