10 Crazy, Wacky Louisiana Laws

Our friends at Only in Louisiana have really stepped up their quotient of awesome cool things that you can only find in our home state  -  We love them! In addition to all the great food, music, art, and people here in the Bayou State, we  also have some laws that are crazy beyond belief! Did you know that it is illegal in Sulphur, La to make a phone call and use profane or indecent language? Or that you absolutely, positively can't tie a horse to a tree on a public highway in our state?
