Another Verot School Road Intersection Will Be Closed Next Week

While it seems like the project is taking a long time, the work does continue on the Verot School Road widening project.

Starting next Wednesday, Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development officials say work at the intersection of Yvette Marie Drive and Verot School Road will lead to the closure of the intersection.

The work will start Wednesday, March 22 at 6 o'clock in the morning and is scheduled to finish at around 5 o'clock on Friday evening, March 24.

You can use Gussie Drive and Fairview Parkway to detour around the closed intersections, and there will be signs in the area directing you to the detour routes.
