Blessing of the Pets October 8

Our friends at Holy Cross Church in Lafayette are holding a wonderful event on Saturday, October 8th on the church grounds at 415 Robley Drive. The 'Blessing of the Pets" includes all animal friends, and will be held from 9:00 am - 10:30 am. In addition to the blessing, the Acadiana Veterinary Clinic and the LA State Animal Response Team will be registering and chipping pets for a fee of $25.

Camp Bow Wow and the Animal Rescue Foundation of Louisiana will also be on hand, and pet tricks and prizes will be part of the fun as well. Call 337-984-9636 for more information, and make plans to bring your furry, or not so furry, friends to this delightful family event!
