Former LSU Receiver Malachi Dupre Signs With Bills Practice Squad
A former LSU receiver has a new NFL home.
The 21-year old Dupre was signed by the Buffalo Bills to their practice squad on Tuesday.
A native of New Orleans, Dupre was selected by the Green Bay Packers in the seventh round of the 2017 NFL Draft.
The 6-foot-3, 190-pound Dupre was cut by the Packers one week before the season-opening weekend, after missing much of training camp, following a concussion, in which he was knocked unconscious in his first preseason game.
Dupre was LSU's leading receiver the past two seasons, recording 41 receptions for 593 yards and three touchdowns as a junior in 2016, after compiling 43 catches for 698 yards and 6 touchdowns as a sophomore in 2015.
