I-10 Widening Project Continues Tonight Through Louisiana Avenue In Lafayette Parish

There are a couple of widening projects involving the Louisiana Avenue Overpass in Lafayette Parish tonight.

• The left lane of I-10 eastbound from Francois Coulee Bridge to Louisiana Avenue Overpass will be closed tonight (Tuesday) from 8 PM to 6 AM as DOTD workers erect the Louisiana Avenue spans.
• Louisiana Avenue southbound under I-10 - between the on and off ramps of La. Ave. southbound - will be closed tonight from 8 PM to 6 AM as DOTD workers handle construction on the overpass. Detour: I-10 westbound wot I-49 to I-10 eastbound to the eastbound off ramp at La. Ave.
