🐊 KNGT 🐊 | Louisiana — Alright y’all… here we go again. Week two of the Cajun Weekend Weather Report, and I’m just gonna go ahead and say it… If you don’t like rain… you might wanna go ahead and emotionally prepare yourself 😅
This weekend is lookin like one of them classic Southwest Louisiana setups. Warm… sticky… and rain popping up just about whenever it feels like it.
Lake Charles Weather for the Weekend
Friday
High around 80, low mid 60s, and scattered storms rollin in.
This is that kind of day where you walk outside and instantly feel the humidity grab you like “oh yeah… we back.”
Rain chances are pretty solid too, so if you got plans, just know… you might be dodging showers all day. Not a total washout though. You can still make it happen. Just keep the cooler close and maybe throw a trash bag in there to keep stuff dry… because yeah… it’s gonna get interesting.
Saturday
Saturday looks almost the same. Low 80s, storms hanging around, little breezy.
This is that “plan it anyway” kind of day.
You can grill. You can fish. You can hang outside. Just understand… at some point… Mother Nature gonna spin the wheel and you might get rained on.
So don’t panic. Just ride it out. That’s Louisiana living right there. Also… don’t forget the extra bag of ice. Not because it’s blazing hot… but because you might be stuck under a patio a little longer than you planned.

Sunday… yep… more of it.
Low 80s again, showers sticking around, and a little cooler feel thanks to all that rain.
This right here is couch weather.
I’m talking flip on the TV, maybe cook something good, listen to the rain hit the roof. That kinda day. If you do go outside… just accept it. You getting wet. Ain’t no fighting it this time.
