It’s Official: Saints’ 2026 First-Round Draft Position Revealed
Lake Charles, LA [KNGT-FM] - We are right in the middle of the NFL playoffs with only four teams remaining vying for a spot in this year's Super Bowl. The NFC and AFC Championship games are set to be played this weekend, with the winners punching their ticket to the Super Bowl in Santa Clara, California.
If you are a Saints fan, you are wishing your team were still in it, but that was just not in the cards for the New Orleans Saints this year, even though the Saints look like they may have found their new quarterback in Tyler Shough.

The Saints finished the 2025 season winning four of their last five games of the season, including a four-game inning streak. Quarterback Tyler Shough also emerged as a finalist for Rookie Of The Year after his performance during the last five games of the season.
After the Super Bowl is played and the season is over, the next big event for the NFL will be the 2026 NFL Draft. The draft this year will take place in Pittsburgh, starting on Thursday, April 23rd, and running through Saturday, April 25th.
