Expensive Scratch Off Ticket Pays Out $5 Million to Central Texas Winner
What's the most you have ever spent on a single Texas Lottery scratch-off ticket? For me, that would be $20, and that's a rarity. Usually, $5 is my max.
Who Spends $100 on a Scratch-Off Ticket?
So, when I see someone win a huge scratch-off jackpot on a $100 game, it makes me wonder about that person.
Is it someone who has plenty of disposable cash? Is it someone who has been saving up for a while and finally had enough to purchase a $100 ticket? Is it someone who had a strange, realistic dream about that particular scratch-off game and just knew it was going to be a winner?
None of these scenarios describes me. I don't have that kind of disposable cash. If I'm saving up to collect an extra $100, I'm spending it on groceries or gas. My strangest dream is when I get caught in public wearing nothing but underwear, and I'm not going to buy a game ticket in nothing but boxers.
