Beginning this Sunday, December 1, the Caddo Sheriff's "Safety Town" will magically transform into the Candy Land, and will feature a month-long celebration of festive fun for children and families.

CPSO has announced several important dates that you and the kids will certainly want to attend, so be sure to mark your calendar.

December 1 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm - Letters to Santa

  • Kick off the holiday season with a visit to Candy Land at Safety Town! Children will enjoy decorating holiday-themed coloring sheets and writing letters to Santa filled with their Christmas wishes. Each child will leave with a goody bag, including a schedule of all the fun happening at Safety Town throughout the month.

December 14 from 8:00 am to 11:00 am - Pancakes with Santa

  • Join in on this fun morning of Stacks with Santa as children decorate their very own holiday pancakes with sprinkles and other treats! Santa will be there to spread holiday cheer and take pictures with the little ones while they enjoy breakfast. Afterward, kids will enjoy a fun-filled game of Safety Town bingo.

December 15 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm - Pictures with Santa

  • Parents are encouraged to dress their kids up in their favorite holiday attire for Clicks and Pics with Santa himself! Juice and holiday treats will be available for families as they experience the Candy Land winter wonderland.

December 21 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm - Sheriff's Holiday Hope Family Brunch

  • Families from the Crime Victims Reparations (CVR) program will receive a special invitation from the Sheriff’s Office for a heartfelt holiday brunch. They will enjoy a festive meal and receive special Christmas gifts as a gesture of support and hope from CPSO, reminding them that they are not alone in their journey of healing.

December 22 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm - Movies & Pajamas

  • Families are invited to close out Sheriff’s Candy Land with the finale event, which is an evening of Christmas magic! Children are invited to wear their favorite pajamas (optional) and enjoy a Christmas movie with snacks.
