Hold on to your pearls, Blue Bell is pullin out the stops for summer 2025. The ice cream giant is bringing back its most-loved summer flavors, including the fan-favorite Southern Blackberry Cobbler ice cream. It's the perfect topper for a warm slice of blackberry cobbler.
Is your mouth watering yet? Southern Blackberry Cobbler ice cream is officially back on the shelves, and Blue Bell fans are losing their minds. I can't say I blame them either. It's amazing. I plan on making a B-line to the store as soon as I get off to grab a gallon myself. Can you guess what I'm baking tonight? Lol!
This calls for a blackberry cobbler celebration. Believe me, when I tell you. I'm no Betty Crocker and though I have a few old family recipes I don't have one for a blackberry cobbler. I use the Southern Blackberry Cobbler recipe from, Diva's Can Cook, and highly recommend it to folks like me, who find baking isn't their specialty.
