2023 Acadiana Po-Boy Festival Returns to Downtown Lafayette on April 1

It's back! The 6th annual Acadiana Po-boy Festival, presented by Tony Chachere's, is returning to Parc Sans Souci in Downtown Lafayette on Saturday, April 1, 2023.

This is a welcome return for this popular event as last year's festival was postponed "due to the continuing challenges of labor shortage in the restaurant industry." Last year's event was scheduled for September 10, 2022.

This year's festival will be held from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm.

This family-friendly event is free to attend. It will feature Acadiana's best po-boy samples from over 20 po-boy vendors, and it's only $3 a sample.

While enjoying some of the best po-boys in the area, you'll be able to tap your toes and shake your backside to some great live music including Gerald Gruenig & the Gentilly Zydeco and more.

The entire music lineup and official po-boy vendor list will be released on March 10th.

The event will crown the best po-boys in Acadiana as there will be People's Choice and Judges Choice winners crowned that day.

A portion of the proceeds from this year's festival will go to the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Acadiana.
