What Beaches Will Be Closed in Panama City, Florida, for Spring Break?

City leaders in Panama City, Florida, will close beach access points 25 to 36. This will be the area along South  Pier Park Drive from L.C. Hilton Drive to Front Beach Road. The closures will begin on March 12th at 5 am and will remain in place until 5 am on April 13th.

City leaders say the number of resources needed to police the area and maintain public safety places a significant strain on already stretched-thin resources due to increased crowds. Panama City also has an alcohol ban on the beach. That will run during the month of March.
