Country Legend Tracy Byrd Playing a Show in Opelousas on April 19
We've got exciting news to report. Country legend Tracy Byrd is coming to the Acadiana area this spring.
The pride of Vidor, Texas will be in concert at the Evangeline Downs Event Center in Opelousas on Saturday, April 19, 2025.
Doors will open at 7:00 pm with the show starting at 8:00 pm.
Tickets for this show go on sale at 10:00 am on Wednesday, January 8, 2025, at Ticketmaster.com to Boyd Rewards members.

On Friday, January 10 at 10:00 am, tickets will go on sale to the general public.
Ticket prices range from $30 to $50, plus fees.
Of course, if we can get our hands on some free tickets, we'll take care of you guys, so you can enjoy one of the real, traditional voices in country music.
The now 58-year-old Tracy Byrd broke on the national scene in the early '90s with hits like "Holdin' Heavin," "Watermelon Crawl," "The Keeper of the Stars," "I'm From the Country," and "Ten Rounds With Jose Cuervo."
To date, Byrd has released 10 studio albums. However, the last one was back in 2016 (All American Texan).
Major awards eluded Byrd for most of his career. His only big win was in 1996 when "The Keeper of the Stars" won Song of the Year at the Academy of Country Music Awards.
