LAFAYETTE, La. - The long-awaited concert announcement has been made and it is a good one. Zach Top is bringing his Cold Beer & Country Music Tour to the Cajundome in Lafayette on Friday, October 23, 2026.

Who Is Opening for Zach Top?

Lukas Nelson will be the opening act for the show. (Of course, Lukas is the son of country icon Willie Nelson.)

Tickets for the concert will go on sale to the public on Friday, June 12, 2026, at 10 a.m. However, we've got the radio presale code for you.

When Was the Last Time Zach Top Played in Lafayette?

This will be Zach Top's first appearance at the Cajundome. Local fans may remember his first area performance at 97.3 The Dawg's Holiday Hangover Show in January 2024. He was brand new on the scene then, and has since become one of country music's fastest-rising stars.

Top has released two studio albums since signing to his record label Leo 33 in 2023 -- Cold Beer & Country Music and Ain't in It for My Health. These albums have charted four singles on the Billboard Hot Country Songs and Country Airplay charts, including the No. 1 hit "Never Lie."

Since his debut, Top has been nominated for several major awards and has taken home a few trophies. He won New Artist of the Year at the Country Music Association Awards in 2024 and New Male Artist of the Year at the Academy of Country Music Awards in 2025. Early this year, he took home a Grammy Award in the Best Traditional Country Album category for his Ain't in It for My Health album.
