Two Acadiana businesses have announced plans to collaborate on a fundraiser to honor the late Lt. Allen “Noochie” Credeur.

Lt. Credeur was a beloved member of the Rayne Police Department, and his loss has left the community wanting to honor his legacy.

Daiquiri Divas and Dean-O's Pizza Teaming Up For Fundraiser

Daiquiri Divas and Dean-O's Pizza have organized a fundraiser for a 'D.A.R.E Scholarship' in honor of Lt. Allen “Noochie” Credeur.

"We are greatly saddened by the loss of a pillar in our community. He was the type of man that we all strive to be but often fall short of becoming."

On May 14th, you can visit Daiquiri Divas located at 700 N Polk St, Rayne, LA 70578 for a 16oz Daiquiri and a Take-N-Bake Pepperoni Pizza from Dean-O's.

"We would like to give a huge thank you to Deano’s Pizza ownership for graciously donating pizzas to help this cause. Bring your Take-N-Bake Pizza home and bake at 400 for 12-15 minutes!"

They are offering this $20 package until supplies run out, but will be serving their famous Daiquiris until 9 pm.

According to their Facebook post, all proceeds will go towards the D.A.R.E Scholarship in honor of Lt. Credeur.

The D.A.R.E program was 'a cause close to Lt. Credeur's heart' as stated by the Rayne Police Department.

Lt. Allen “Noochie” Credeur lost his life in the line of duty from friendly fire during a search warrant in the 500 block of East Harrop Street near North Chevis Street.
