Based on Saturday night's Powerball drawing results, it looks as though the "check writers" for the Texas Lottery will be busy again this week.

Why Are So Many Texans Talking About Mega Millions?

Most of the lottery hype this week has been focused on the "new" Mega Millions lottery game. It's not that the game is truly "new" the administrators of the game have just tweaked the way the payouts work and they've also raised the cost of a ticket.
