Arrested Man Claims He Drank 48 Beers During Birthday Celebration

For his 58th birthday, Florida resident James Taylor (no relation to the singer) drank 48 beers.

Or at least that’s what he told the cops when they arrested him last week for causing a disturbance at Florida’s Hudson Beach.

According to police reports, Taylor’s list of drunken events included shouting profanities, exposing his genitals, urinating in the sand and scaring off a woman and her young grandchildren.

Taylor said the reason for his bizarre behavior was due to the fact that he had consumed “10 too many” beers. Which leads us to ask: Would he have acted any different had he consumed only 38 beers?

We’d rather not find out.
