Jockeys Record Attack Of Juvenile At Delta Downs

Four men have been arrested by State Police after an investigation into allegations made against the men for an incident in June at Delta Downs Racetrack, Casino and Hotel Near Vinton.

The juvenile male they are accused of harassing is licensed racing employee victim.

The juvenile told police threw buckets of water on him, sprayed him with shaving cream then held him down on the floor of the locker room.

They are accused of shaving his eyebrows, parts of his hair, and then one of the men is accused of pulling down the juvenile's pants and putting hot sauce on his genitals.

If that humiliation was not enough, the troopers were able to verify the juvenile's story because there was a recording of the incident on Facebook.

All four men were arrested on charges of criminal conspiracy, aggravated battery, sexual battery and video voyeurism.

The four men arrested are:

• 40-year-old Miguel Tejeda of Stockdale, TX
• 42-year-old Juan Garcia of Manvel, TX
• 23-year-old Damian Martinez of San Antonio, TX
• 32-year-old Rolando Cabrera of Brookshire, TX

Each man was booked into the Calcasieu Parish Jail, and investigators say more arrests in this care are possible.
