Lafayette Police Working Suicide On Sidewalk Near Shopping Center

A man has been found dead of an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound on a sidewalk near the shopping area that includes Buffalo Wild Wings and Book-A-Million on Ambassador Caffery near its intersection with Kaliste Saloom Road.

Lafayette Police Department spokesman Corporal Karl Ratcliff says they do not have any other details except that it's a suicide.
