A man wanted for the Sunday morning shooting death of 32-year-old Marcus Jermaine Aggiston of Opelousas has turned himself into deputies.

Lafayette Parish Sheriff's Office Captain John Babin says that 30-year-old Moses Derrick Arceneaux is accused of shooting Aggiston while the two were arguing early Sunday morning in the 100 block of Latin Dr.

Detectives say they arrested Arceneaux this morning after he turned himself in at that Lafayette Parish Sheriff's Office.

Arceneaux was booked into the Lafayette Parish jail on one count of second degree murder.
