Lafayette Shooting Leaves Victim In Hospital

A white male is in a local hospital after a shooting outside of a home in the 600 block of Garfield Street on Tuesday morning.

Lafayette Police say officers responded to the scene around 8:30 a.m., finding the victim with a non-life threatening injury. The shooter, a white male, has been taken into custody.

Detectives are continuing to investigate the incident.
