
List Of Schools That Are Opening After Threat From Hurricane Harvey
We are getting word of schools and universities re-opening after the threat from Hurricane Harvey.
Here's the list of schools that are now re-opening on Thursday, August 31, 2017. We will continue to update this list as the announcements come in.

Opening Thursday:
- Lafayette Parish
- University of Louisiana-Lafayette
- All South Louisiana Community College campuses and sites will be open Aug. 31
- LSU-E
- Acadia Parish
- Calcasieu Parish
- Evangeline Parish
- Iberia Parish
- Jeff Davis
- St. Landry Parish
- St. Martin Parish
- St. Mary Parish
- St. Edward's School and Catholic High School in New Iberia will be open on Thurs.
- Westminster Christian Academy will resume classes on Thursday.
-CDI Head Start in St. Landry Parish will be open on Thursday
- Vermilion Parish schools will REMAIN CLOSED Thursday Aug. 31, 2017.
