Man Arrested for ‘Assault With A Biscuit’

This goes under the category of 'It's so stupid that it's funny'.

A Tennessee man has been arrested for assault with a deadly biscuit. Yes, you heard that right. 45 year old Nashville resident Jeffrey Toberlin was charged with assault and public intoxication for throwing a hard biscuit at his ex girlfriend and her new boyfriend. He also said he was going to kill her, hence the handcuffs. All of this evidently took place outside an area Kroger grocery store where Tomerlin also punched their car, screamed threats and racial slurs, and repeatedly banged his head on a police patrol car as he was being arrested.
